On ocassion of the centenary of establishment of the Greater Prague the book People in the Gears of History has been published. Historians Pavel Fabini and Lukáš Cvrček, based on archival documents and their own research, have created a publication that presents key historical events of 20th century through the perspective of local happenings and fates of individual people on the territory of today’s city district of Prague 5. The ceremonial launch of the book took place on May 18, 2022 on board of the Cargo Gallery Ship anchored near the Palacky Bridge.
